Once Darkness, Now Light

We have a pretty "Jersey" saying we throw around: "It is what it is." Yet, almost everything we now know as "is" once never was. Jesus' disciple John, when trying to sum up the impact of Jesus on the world, put it this way: "The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it." This Sunday, we examine just how dark the world might still be without the resurrection of Jesus. And we reflect on just how much light we can still bring. Examining how Jesus has moved humanity from what was to what is, this Sunday at Mendham Hills.
